Another letting secured

Alps Group are pleased to announce another letting has been secured at Triplex House, Eckershall, Birmingham on behalf of retained client Pilkington Automotive. NHS Estates have agreed to take c. 2,500 sq ft of office space with the use of 21 parking spaces at a rent of over £40,000 pa on a 5 year lease deal.
Tom Houghton was the agent overseeing the letting and commented, ‘This is a great result for my client. Given the current market conditions and the amount of available vacant office space in the locality we did really well to secure a tenant of such good covenant strength at this level of rent. This deal will have dramatically increased the investment value of my clients building should they wish to dispose.’
