Another quick turnaround for office relocation

After being instructed by Pathway Care to complete four office relocations within a year, Alps Group has completed the acquisition of their third office. The premises were secured at Bartleet House in Bromsgrove and equate to over 4,000 sq ft.
Tom Houghton acted as the acquisition surveyor and notes this has been a challenging instruction. ‘The client had a very specific brief and unfortunately a very narrow search area. We were still able to find a number of suitable opportunities using our various contacts with agents within the local area and have successfully managed to relocate the client. We have managed all aspects of the move and this has enabled them to focus on their core business without interruption.’
