New offices acquired only a stone's throw away!

After being instructed by Pathway Care to complete four office relocations within a year, Alps Group have completed the acquisition of their first new office premises.  The premises at Church Court in Soundwell, Bristol are circa 2,200 sq ft and where secured on a new 5 year FRI lease.  However what is incredible is that they are located within a hundred yards from Pathway Care’s existing offices.

Tom Houghton who is overseeing the relocation stated, ‘The local operations team had originally identified the premises as a potential option but had discounted it because of concerns over the price and whether the internal configuration would work for their operation.  After some internal office configuration planning and some hard negotiations with the landlords agent, I was able to secure premises within budget that had previously been discounted.’  Tom goes on to comment, ‘this was a particularly favourable result as the office was able to retain all their existing staff, something that was a real concern’.
